Also trained as a signwriter Jo, works with both contemporary and traditional  lettering, in pen and brush on almost any surface.

House names and numbers, information boards, dinghy and boat names...no job too small but there may be some too big (Ladders and scaffolding not my scene!) Creating from new or rescuing an old familiar friend from wear and tear I'll be happy to help.

Commissions accepted for carved house names and numbers . The letters are hand drawn and hand carved on a sanded, preservative treated offcut of flooring timber or salvages wood such as scaffold board

Hand carved name: celtic lettering hand drawn, in ebonised oak offcut 12" x 3". Ebonising utilises a natural process to turn the surface of oak black. No artificial stain.
